I've been investing in real estate since 2006, hold a Master's degree in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning, and have operated short-term rental properties, seller-financed notes, and private lending operations across multiple states.
My mission is simple: to open doors that were closed for me and people who look like me. Whether it's a family getting their first home through seller financing, or a small business owner learning to put their idle capital to work — I believe financial education is the great equalizer.
